Responsibilities:
- Operate as the LEAD point of contact for any and all matters specific to your assigned customers (account).
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with your assigned customers (account).
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with the IMS team.
- Accountable for accurate customers DATA.
- Maintain open and clear COMMUNICATION CHANNELS with your assigned customers (account), Communicate due dates, timelines, and expectation to your customers
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience
