Job Responsibilities:
• Follow up the execution of production plan.
• Plan and design methods to improve existing production processes to increase efficiency.
• Supervising operators and Handle their training.
• Ensure compliance with approved production methods and quality standards.
• Handle the paper work related to the production process of the production lines.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical design and production is preferable)
• Experience in plastic field or in the same industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
