Job Description:
- Coordinate the activities of a team of para-professionals to ensure that the organization’s payroll is processed accurately and on time.
- Coach and mentor team members and assign tasks to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively
- Respond to more complex, escalated inquiries from team members and check the work of others to ensure that the payroll is processed accurately.
Job Qualifications:
- 6+ years of related work experience in relevant field.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
- Strong English and Arabic language capabilities ( Spoken & Written ).
