Logistics Superviosr - Jumia (Full

Main Responsibilities:
Supervise and facilitate the
end-to-end cycle from customer order placement till final delivery including
queue management
Follow-up on vendor drop-off and customer pick-up
Ensure updating the orders on system
Resolve vendor drop-off and customer pick-up issues
Coordinate the work flow between the different 3PL partners
Ensure fast and smooth flow of the logistics operations

Required Skills &
Qualifications:
3+ years proven experience in
warehousing and/or logistics
Experience in operational management and/or e-commerce operations
Team player, able to build trust with people quickly and resolve conflicts when needed
Proactive and has a passion to be on the field
Flexible and adapts easily with rapidly changing working schedules
Organized and detail oriented
