Receive, stamp and register invoices received from suppliers using Oracle application (cash room register).
Deliver all received invoices to responsible accountants.
Maintain updated register for rejected invoices.
Receive and deliver cheques to suppliers.
Maintain updated register for checks position (Local/Foreign currencies) and report the report to concerned departments.
Track & follow-up undelivered checks.
Scan, attach to Oracle all checks delivery proof documents.
Prepare outstanding checks monthly report.
University degree in Accounting.
0 to 1 year of experience.
Very good English both spoken and written.
Very good computer skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good communication skills.
