Job Requirements:
- BA in Business or Marketing.
- Excellent command of English & Arabic (Speaking & Writing)
- Exceptional user of Microsoft Office tools (Arabic English word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- 3-6 years of experience in a relevant title or post (e-channels, digital payments, GTS/GTB, etc…).
- Analytical mind - Figures and statistics oriented
- Develop new digital products and cash management services for all companies
- Enhance and develop internal processes based on customer feedback and market practices to achieve higher customer satisfaction and better TAT
- Customer migration to alternative channels to ensure reaching better cost to income ratios and offloading our branches from unwanted transactions
