Role sinopsys:
Delivery of Segment Planning Agenda for all planning cycles
Engage with Segment central teams for driving plan stability and effective decision making based on portfolio of options and analysis of economic and financial results
Support simplification and enhancement of planning processes and application of Modernization & Transformation tools
Provide relevant support to coordinate preparation of material for other strategic presentations for executive reviews
Key accountabilities:
Facilitate integrated planning in line with segment processes, including quality assurance, analysis and coordination of reviews of key plan inputs to support planning decision
Support the Planning and Performance Manager in driving segment planning agenda in-light of application the Modernization & Transformation tools and simplifying Planning processes
Coordinates preparation of materials to support Functional leadership in strategy development and other required materials
Support the Planning and Performance Manager in driving value-based investment choices in the development plan, integrating across functions to support plan creation and delivery
