Responsibilities
- Receives hiring requests from Operations Department, Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
- hiring blue and white team ,Create job descriptions, , filter Cvs, Conducts the first interview with candidates & scheduling interviews with candidates accepted from the phone screening
- Performs searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using databases, Internet recruiting resources.
-Responsible for attending employment fairs
