Territory Manager
Accountabilities
Manage the dedicated operational staff hired by the Distributors,
Train operation team and shops owners on Shell guide lines,
Train and coach the coach “shops owners and distributor focal point”,
Employs mystery shopper programs,
Implement dedicated marketing activities,
Implement new offerings,
Ensure adequate staffing levels through the business at the distributors and shops,
Manage SPS dedicated retail loyalty program,
Merchandising and Retail Support for premium shops,
Commercial
Maintaining accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity reports,
Follow up on sales against targets,
Rebate payments,
Contracts performance review,
Travel frequently across the country
Effectively communicate internally with sales, finance in the business, branding, marketing and other necessary function to make sure of smooth operation.
Regularly produces and presents a range of financial/non-financial reports for the Managing team.
contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of a business strategy that maximises the retail profitability by driving sales.
