Associate Sales Representative
Manages all lubricant, coolants
and specialties sales within Direct Channel channel. This includes execution of
short and long term strategies aligned with Business Plan. Communicates
strategies, plans and performance progress to engage stakeholders with a focus
on execution. Network with current/prospect Industrial distributors through
extensive visits and face to face meetings.
Responsible for delivering sustainable results consistent with strategic
objectives for volume, margin, distributor profitability, selling prices and
expenses and in alignment with channel strategy and objectives.
Insure all pipeline opportunities are captured on SFDC and progress is tracked
continuously
Responsible to report about any misalignments and drive root cause analysis to
solve it and V/V that the solutions are implemented and giving the required
results.
Execution of territory plan at or above assigned targets with regard to volume
and margins.
Plan effective territorial coverage resulting in high sales/call ratio
Contract negotiation and execution.
Demonstrated ability to sell value-added features of the product line.
Ability to influence people’s decision and opinions.
Ability to cultivate long-term client relationships
Lubricant recommendation and Services
Good knowledge of lubricants products and applications in order to be able
recommending equivalents to customers
Expert Knowledge of the sales process. Consistently, highest value contributor,
ability to High tier portfolio of products, to maximize sale of premium products
jobber, etc. Build strategic alliances with our major customers
Investigate customer product complaints at the source, appraises validity, and
report according to prescribed procedures. Recommends solution to Management and
implements solutions with minimal review
Provide prompt technical support and ensure timely resolution of all technical
issues in coordination with Technical Managers.
