Required for KPMG Egypt :
Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Senior
Responsible for documenting business processes alignment with IT modernization
efforts, developing deliverables including As-Is and To-Be process maps in
Visio, and synthesizing ideas into high-level graphics and documents that will
be used to brief business stakeholders and senior executives including
PowerPoint and Word business cases.
Identify internal stakeholders and engage them in the process design or redesign
effort through workshops & stakeholder interviews.
Support stakeholders in implementing improved processes, create documentation,
iterate & adjust the improved processes.
Utilize change management best practices to create support for change&business
transformation throughout entire organization.
Use change management tools&methodologies to develop key performance indicators
(KPIs), &measure stakeholder engagement, adoption &overall progress of changes
initiatives.
REQUIRED:
B.A in Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience mapping business processes
Excellent writing & communication skills and attention to details.
Strong Microsoft Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
PREFERRED:
CIA, Lean Six Sigma
