Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a Health related discipline required
• Master's degree is preferred
Experience
• At least 8 years’ experience in nursing with intensive care background preferred.
• Significant past Experience in leading teams in the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for retrospective reviews and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) processes
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM)
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.
• Detail oriented, conscientious and systematic with a high level of accuracy to do the job.
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
• Team player, but able to function independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong writing skills.
• Investigative mindset.
• Process oriented.
