Job Description
follow up
on the performance of operators and evaluating their performance
Giving the desired and necessary coaching on a continuous basis with the
operators
Follow up on achieving of the production plan
Follow up the results of the AIB
Full responsibility for the quality of the product
Knowing operators needs and fulfill their requirements
Train operators and new incoming labors
Follow up on operators’ reports and sign them while maintaining accuracy
Ensure availability raw materials and spare parts
Assist Production engineer in setting the production plan
Measures
1 –
achieve KPIS and AOP
2- Achieve production plan
4- ensure proper cleaning appearance for the production area
5- follow up and achieve production efficiencies %
8- Ensure a good appearance of machines
9- achieve AIP results
10- Ensure achieving health and safety KPIs
Qualifications/Requirements
1- An
intermediate qualification (manufacturing ) and a bachelor degree is preferred
2- 2-3 years
3- leadership skills
4- Communication skills
5- English (good)
6 - Computer skills (word - excel)
