HEAD OF COMPLETION ENGINEER (IRC218097)
At Agiba Petroleum Co you will be responsible for:
Preparing
completion/work-over programs in timely manner including all information as
specified in compliance with Eni Best Practice and Procedure
Operations follow-up on daily basis, participate actively in the daily morning
meeting
Recommending changes in some aspects of completion/work-over program (if
necessary) to ease drilling and completion operations and improve cost saving.
Making recommendations and prepare operating procedure to solve completion/work
over operational problems
Scouting the market for cost benchmarking among the Service Contractors for
completion equipment and new technologies.
Preparing the Invitation to Tender Documents and following up Tender process.
Keep updated Eni Well Integrity Tool, prepare monthly Eni Well Integrity report
and planning report.
Testing of oil and gas wells, Gas Lift technologies (ESP, Sucker Rod),
stimulation technique, multi packer’s completion string, and water shut off
technique, cementing remedial job techniques and fishing operations.
Stressing analysis, material and packer’s selection based on the well depth and
profile and based on the environmental conditions.

Previous Oil & Gas Industry experience
Previous experience in drilling & Completion Supervisor
Previous Experience Work Over and Completion Engineer
Oil & Gas Introduction course
Drilling & Completion course
Completion Engineering course
Geology & Geophysics basic course (preferred)
Subsurface & Reservoir basic course (preferred)
