OPPO Egypt is Hiring "Assistant Community& Operation Manager"
Location: 5th Settlement, New Cairo
• Job
Description
1. Collaborate with headquarter product team and overseas regional team to
explore and continuously optimize the functions of Egypt market OPPO community
and OPPO member application system, improve user experience, promote product
iteration, coordinate development, testing, operation, design and other
resources, and be responsible for the results of Egypt market members and
business goals
2. Based on key indicators such as the growth and activity of mobile account My
OPPO member users, formulate phased operation strategies, cooperate with product
functions, gameplay, etc., to enhance the penetration effect of member accounts;
dismantle and promote the planning of key projects and the implementation of
plans;
3. Independently formulate and complete various thematic activities to achieve
the effects of member game penetration and member users' pull new activities,
and be responsible for the effects of the project
4. Targeted adjustment of operational activities strategy, based on user
surveys, result data, and continuous improvement of operational efficiency
5. Track daily operation data, analyze the operation effect of activities, and
continuously optimize the operation plan of activities
•Job Requirements
-BSc degree in
Marketing or relevant field
-from 2yrs:3 yrs Hands on experience with social media management
-Fluent in English (spoken-written).
-Experience planning and leading community initiatives
-Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
-Excellent verbal communication skills & writing skills
-Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
