Aftersales Business Development & Planning Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
Primary role:
Aftersales product development,
managing 2nd line products development, resourcing & expansion, in addition to
the localization activities & portfolio enrichment.
Enhance & monitor accessories business for all models either through PDI fitment
or dealers retail sales & explore new additional accessory business
opportunities.
Support the preparation of any special event (motor show, convention, new
opening, model launch, etc.)
Manage pricing surveys & benchmark analysis, developing the necessary analysis
for pricing review (showing competition level, model walk, parts/labor breakdown
& profit opportunities per item) and Producing/designing prices communication
tools.
Identify new opportunities & areas of improvement for all business aspects.
Manage new projects & handle new suppliers/service providers.
Develop and follow-up monthly/annual dealer’s targets to ensure annual business
plan achievement.
Prepare monthly P/L & financial reports (revenue, profit, expenses, etc.)
Control monthly expenses (in coordination with Finance department)
Prepare & consolidate Aftersales reporting materials.
Secondary role:
Manage & prepare all aftersales marketing activities and campaigns.
Prepare annual business plan & required forecasts.
Responsible for all spare parts and dealers labor pricing.
Relevant experience:
8 years of experience ( preferred 2 years in business development)
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor degree in engineering or
business administration
High analytical skills
Innovative
Leadership skills
Very high communication /negotiation skills
Good knowledge of automotive industry
