Work Conditions: 5 Days per week, 8 hours per day, 2 days off rotational per
week, rotational shifts

Handle service offers for all Orange One shops.
Add any service requests like suspension and reactivation of users in addition
to all accounting cases.
Follow up on clients to close leads.
Respond to all clients complaints and inquiries.
Achieve sales targets assigned per quarter.
Represent Orange One team in exhibitions and events.
Handle CRM , tracer & Seibel applications.
Advise and offer triple play product to the customers.
Carry out up-selling and cross-selling techniques in order to increase revenues.
Maintain task delivery and meet deadlines.
Maintain customer service standers to keep Orange image.
