Settlement Team Leader
· Reconcile
cash with Alexbank processor NI Company
· Reconcile / follow up on ATMs under Alex bank custody
· Reconcile VISA/MC/EBC transactions processed on ATMs
· Manage Meeza / EBC disputes
· Manage wallet disputes (deposits and withdrawals)
· Manage cards disputes for deposits
· Fawry service reconciliation on ATM & internet banking
· Processing NI & Fawry invoices
· Strong operations background mainly in settlement & reconciliation that
involves ATMs day to day tasks
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years
of Experience.
V good “excel” performance that involves advanced tasks
· Analytical thinking to the processes and work on solving the team day to day
issues
· High communication skills either with the team or with counterparties to
facilitate accomplishing the daily tasks
· V Good English communication
· Stress management and ability to work under tight deadlines
· Technical awareness in dealing with our processing company
· Process improvement to the unit legacy tasks to achieve the highest accuracy &
control
