HRIS Senior Specialist
Main Purpose:
Monitor and provide training and support in all HR/Admin applications, as well as assisting in providing management information, research and administrative support to enable the HR teams to deliver effective, efficient and customer focused services.
Responsibilities:
Implement a
periodic audit reports for the HR sector to ensure the accuracy and completeness
of the HR data and to correspond to the company’s policy.
Communicate with the external application’s support to resolve problems related
to system usage and reported issues.
Perform basic systems security administration functions through monitoring and
managing system resources.
Assist in prepare the Company’s OPEX and CAPEX budgets, based on an evaluation
of current policy, departmental budget requests and future requirements.
Train all users in Edita’s locations on HR applications usage and if any new
functionality is added.
Provide support and guidance to all users when needed.
Development of specialized tools required to generate specific reports.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science
Experience: 3-5 Years of experience in a similar field.
Languages: Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and
writing).
