Career Opportunities: Cards Assistant Product Manager
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for implementing the overall retail lending strategy, annual plan to achieve sales target, revenue figures, and assist in the E2E product development life-cycle.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACOUNTABILITIES
Develop and
analyze key financial and performance metrics to monitor engagement and vendor
performance and report to the line manager.
Assist in setting up the tactical spend/activation campaigns and objectives
within the department as guided from the cards business head.
Optimize new acquisitions opportunities by managing the website leads process
with distribution channels and reporting penetration ratios to management on a
regular basis.
Review credit and debit cards policies and procedures and amend if required
after obtaining the relevant committee approvals.
Review the website debit and credit cards contents (Products, features, Offers
and campaigns) work closely with communication department to keep information
constantly updated.
Design all related campaigns and features SMS wording and secure all required
approvals from compliance, communication, relevant segment, Ops risk and legal.
Design and update all related cards documentation (Application, risk related
docs…etc).
Responsible for conducting periodic Cards market scan (include competitors
pricings, features and campaigns) and sharing with distribution channels and
head of cards.
Respond to all credit and debit related inquiries from sales channels and call
center and resolve all related complaints in a timely manner.
Participate in staff contests designs in terms of the contest idea and relevant
prizes through direct interaction with branch teams and prepare recommendations
to the head of card for implementation as well as follow on any executed contest
to provide channels with a periodic contest MIS through email communications and
conference calls.
Participate in customers seasonal spend campaigns and follow up on results of
customer penetration ratios and report results on campaign effectiveness to head
of cards.
Participate in developing attractive and useful sales material to support
product knowledge and training.
Ensure full compliance and adherence to policies, procedures,
regulatory/internal regulations, related to any transactions executed.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
Ensure
resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
Deliver required tasks related to cards products within the set time frame.
