Sales Manager ISG Egypt

These are your detailed responsibilities:

• Strategic clients, people management responsibilities, including KPI/objective setting, coaching, performance feedback & assessment
• In addition to people management responsibilities, will have responsibility for their department’s resources, short-term planning, and budget
• Provide support and training to other team members
• Demonstrate expertise in building customers relationships, which promote and enable a deep understanding of the customers’ business goals and objectives
• Demonstrate effective coaching techniques; provide feedback and seek/provide learning opportunities
• Manage day to day operations of the sales team by reviewing sales strategies, forecasts and participating in customer meetings
• Manage the creation and delivery of accurate weekly, quarterly and annual forecasts and account plans
• Provide professional leadership and coordination for sales team
• Responsible for significant key partner relationship management and development
• Recruit, hire and retain top talent
• Assist in the development and review of Enterprise Account Plans for top accounts
• Conduct deep analysis in identifying complex problems; generate and coordinate solutions with other functions or team members to solve complex problems
• Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
• Identify sales support requirements and work with marketing to develop improve sales tools
• Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace

What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:

Proven track record of success selling in a highly competitive environment (minimum of 12 years of sales experience with 3 years in management)
Minimum five years sales experience in the Enterprise Data Center market with a proven track record of success
Proven ability to sell Data Center solutions consisting of servers, storage, and networking devices including the supporting management software and services
Deep understanding of the core technologies, industry trends, and workloads shaping the Enterprise Data Center market including Cloud, Converged Systems, and Analytics
Proficient with MS Office and sales CRM solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication and sales skills
Leadership capabilities and presence that enables you to work effectively at all levels within an organization
Ability to create and implement successful sales plans
Experience selling TCO and ROI business models to executives
Ability to mentor and motivate sales representatives who work remotely
