DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the
Sales and Operations within the region producing actual monthly and annual
results.
Determine cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting
operational data.
Proactively analyse cost trends within P&Ls
Work closely with the key stakeholders including business units’ managers,
finance team, operations and service to gain full understanding of cost base,
absorption rates in order to drive efficiencies and reduce costs
Identify financial status by comparing and analysing actual results YoY, QoQ &
MoM.
Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and
procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques;
recommending actions.
Improve financial status by analysing results; monitoring variances; identifying
trends; recommending actions to management.
Increase productivity by developing automated accounting applications;
coordinating information requirements.
Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision
making within the broadest scope
Prepare presentations to help summarise budget results in a comprehensive and
easy-to-understand format.
Responsible of tax compliance and any other regulatory compliance with GAFI.
QUALIFICATIONS:
BA Commerce,
Accounting + Professional certificate CPA or CMA
EXPERIENCE:
At least 5 years experience in a similar role
Experience with a multinational environment
SKILLS, TRAINING, OR SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE:
Solid knowledge and practice of GAAP & IFRS
Strong Supervision skills
Strong communications and presentation skills
