RENTAL SALES AGENT
Job Summary:
We’re searching for a Rental sales Agents to join SIXT team. S/he will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and concerns regarding vehicle rental and advising on and up-sell optional extras according to customer needs. Complete transactions for vehicle rental in the front office desks. Monitor reservation and vehicle rental returns. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction whilst adhering to our service standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's
degree in any discipline
1-3 years of relevant experience ( Rental agencies/Hospitality would be great
asset)
Excellent command of English language
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
