Oil & Gas MARKET MANAGER
Job Description
Holder of his
job will be responsible of all activities related to Direct Customers/Consumers
in the Oil & Gas and Energy segment.
Hence carrying out the following:
Participate in the yearly marketing plan in his channel.
Prepare monthly targets by customer.
Prepares a detailed action plan for sales of lubricants by product / pack for
his channel.
Carry out a weekly sales report.
Collect all outstanding dues and align with the agreed payment terms for each
customer.
Prospect for new business; and actively grow the size of the business.
Develop cross selling with TOM-Card & Fuel Teams to reach comprehensive deals.
Keep a close contact with customer.
Handling and negotiating tenders.
Preparation and amendment of new contracts.
Carry out a study for pricing in tenders compared to competition upon each
tender.
Carry out month forecast report with highest possible accuracy.
Help and support in providing the customers with the required technical support.
Prepare a weekly and month (main events) brief to the Industrial End Consumers
Sales Manager.
Contribute to the implementation and the respect of HSEQ policies of the Total
Group.
Develop a high level of ownership of the Group's 12 golden rules by sharing the
safety culture with partners.
Comply with HSE policies & 12 golden rules.
Confronted with few risks when carrying out one's activity.
Has a basic knowledge of HSE issues even though it is not updated regularly.
Apply & implement the Anti-corruption, Antitrust Compliance and Integrity
Policies and Program.
Implement the required process of due diligences within my area of
responsibilities.
Apply the entire ethical approach and TOTAL code of conduct values.
Candidate profile
University
graduate (Engineering)
Min. 3 years Sales Experience
Ability to plan, organize, and implement a range of sales promotion programs
and/or events.
Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Ability to coordinate and organize meetings and/or special events.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated ability to cultivate an extensive network of contacts.
Ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangements.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward
problem-solving.
Technical and Field Knowledge.
Able to identify risky situations within the context of one's activity and warns
the relevant services (HSEQ, Operations).
