IT OFFICER
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the systems
Ensure scheduled tasks are performed on time and with the right quality
Ensure right/timely reporting of issues and proper escalation to resolve issues beyond the job authority
Support the other IT departments for the diagnosis of the issues and finding solutions to be tested
Support any testing activities in alignment with the other IT departments
Deploy fixes that have passed the testing cycle and according to the change management procedure
Ensure having records for the issues and track them to resolution
Following up on the librarian function to secure bank data and keep records of all objects in a proper way
