Digital sales Commercial planner
Description
Increase digital sales share for DSL, Lines and Handsets through managing performance steering actions and strong commercial event planning
Job Responsibility
Key
accountabilities and decision ownership:
Build sales forecast and detailed monthly projections for all 3 products
Monitor daily performance through developing analytical frameworks
Managing performance steering actions
Responsible for the merchandising across e-shop and APP
Conduct post mortem analysis
Leverage on data to bring valuable insights and convictions and make data driven
recommendations
Work closely with retail for stock/price and promotions management
Work closely with operations through building a solid forecast and improve sales
funnel
Work closely with Traffic lead to come up with campaigns and propositions to
achieve monthly targets
Key performance indicators:
Revenue share %
Sales
Role Qualifications
Core
competencies, knowledge and experience:
Good project management skills with attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills.
Highly numerate and commercial minded. Proven ability to interpret commercial
and financial analysis and make changes as necessary
Excellent planning skills (including project-based management skill set, along
with experience of managing multiple and varied activities within a dynamic
environment)
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
University
degree, preferably in the field of business, economics or Statistics
Economic/financial (spreadsheet) modelling
Solid numerical and logical skills.
Ability to understand & interpret financial and behavioral KPIs
