Cairo Leasing
Corporation is the leasing arm of Banque Du Caire, providing leasing products
and other financial & advisory services to the Egyptian market.
We are currently looking for an Operations officer/ Senior Officer. He/She will
become a key member among CLC’s Operation Development team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
He/she will be expected to:
•Ensure the
availability & validity of all documents required to draft the leasing contract
in accordance with the approved credit terms & conditions.
•Draft leasing contract along with requirement letter (elaborating missing
documents/requirements) prior to being sent to customer through RM.
•Prepare the pay-out to finance department for disbursement purpose once
required documents/securities & leasing contracts received from Lessee side.
•Prepare all Operations reports on regular basis.
•Authenticate leasing contract in FRA.
•Registration that all CLC’s underlying assets/machinery under CLC name in ECR
(Egyptian Collateral Register).
•Update daily the Pending and Follow-up Report.
•Follow-up the renewal for all Insurance policies related to our customers.
•Delegate the needed Evaluation company (if needed).
•Maintain the leasing contracts & securities in safe keeping
•Proper implementation of archiving procedures.
•Perform other related duties as required & assigned.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
2. Years of Experience: A minimum of 2-6 years in a similar field (banking or financial institutions)
3. Excellent Command of Arabic and English
