Decision Support Analyst
A day in the life of...
Review monthly
YTD Actuals vs. Target/DF, understand the root cause of the fluctuations, and
take actions for next PEC. Provide suggestions on YTG (risks & opportunities) to
meet Country targets. Highlight unusual trends on non-HR MOGE.
Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for the queries of Regional Costing team
and support MOGE Controller during times of DF preparation and setting.
Provide Inputs to Regional Costing Team for the calculation of Export TPs
through CoC India and address any related queries, in addition to the imported
TPs management and quarterly approval.
Provide inputs to CoC India SPOC in regional office to create CC.
GRIR affiliates follow up & clearing with operations team.
Tax vat refund monitoring and quarterly approval.
Monthly visibility on operations to SC team (DF, YTD, YTG), accruals for COD,
COR preparation to MENA and MH, and COD Sep budget preparation.
SKU rationalization and monthly follow-up.
What will make you successful
An
Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field is
essential.
A CMA or CIMA qualification is preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytical, audit, costing or
accounting role.
Previous experience in the Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience
is preferred.
Proficiency in English and language of the market is essential.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to influence decision
making.
Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
Ability to work with remote teams.
