Fleet Engineer
Main Purpose:
Responsible for
reviewing the daily fleet maintenance operations and ensuring that sales vans
are well maintained throughout their planned life within the approved cost
parameters with respect to Edita safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
1- Ensure the quality of maintenance and repair across 25 branches
2- Evaluate fleet condition based on the agreed KPIs and take the necessary
action with the activity stakeholder to renovate and repair
3- Prepare inspection forms and their methods of measurement, technical
specifications, and appropriate metrics for each operation to ensure quality
standard
4- Implement route cause analysis for vehicles failures and breakdowns, in order
to set appropriate control points and recommend corrective actions after
aligning with activity managers
5- Conduct quality audits on internal and external workshops output repairs
6- Monitor all aspects of fleet maintenance quality across branches, including
selection and evaluation of services and parts suppliers, and validation of
quality measures as per company policy to maintain quality standards.
7- Work on solving sales team complaints with relevant authorities
8- Take follow-up actions in relation to the shortage of spare parts that affect
the operation schedule.
9- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and
other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality of data
management.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Preferably Automotive)
Experience: 2-4 Years of experience in a similar field.
Languages: Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and
writing).

Working Days: 5
Days/week [Sunday Till Thursday]
Days Off: Two days/Week [Friday & Saturday]
Working Hours: 7:30am till 4:00pm
