Sales Cap Associate
Job Description
• Review credit
for distributors On daily basis.
• Manage / follow up on distributor invoices settlements & financial problem
solving on daily bases in partnership with the finance team (Supplier stoppage /
invoice settlement .. etc).
• Follow up on daily basis with Regional Sales Managers of details distributors
status & operation and agree on actions when needed.
• Develop & execute the products & orders logistics plan of all trucks and
ensure 100% delivery with no losses.
• Follow up on freight plan execution & SAP upload on daily basis.
• Daily communicates with Chipsy Food Industries plants to ensure proper
distribution of all products & categories on trucks as per plan and confirm with
Regional Sales Managers.
• Coordinate between customers and Supply Chain on shipping dates and ordering
cycles.
• Reviews all orders to ensure accuracy and completion.
Qualifications/Requirements
Excellent
interpersonal skills.
High attention to details.
Dynamic, organized and able to handle competing priorities.
Working knowledge of SAP BI, and (SalesBuzz) Distributor system.
Excellent Excel knowledge.
5 Working days on a rotational basis.
