Supervisor, Sales
JOB PURPOSE:
To handling sales activities by supervising and directing medical
representatives in a way to ensure the achievement of sales targets and to
guarantee proper implementation of sales plans, in addition to assisting in the
organization of conferences and lectures to present Hikma’s products.
Day- to-day operations
Supervises the day-to-day operations of Commercial section to ensure that work
processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies,
processes and procedures.
Job Specific Accountabilities
Participates in the development and
monitors the implementation of functional commercial procedures, to ensure all
relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled.
Supervises the activities and work of subordinates (ex. monthly plans for
Medical Representatives), to ensure that all work within a specific area is
carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies,
processes, and procedures.
Coaches and motivates the sales team, in order to ensure that they perform and
provide a consistent service to customers and meet their sales targets.
Communicates with the internal marketing team and other entities on a regular
basis, to arrange for product knowledge training and other activities pertaining
to the execution of the marketing plan to meet annual sales targets for a group
of specialized products.
Provides data on company products and performance against those of competitors,
to ensure that the company is aware of market trends and can offer
products/services that are competitive in the market for a group of specialized
products.
Establishes and maintains a good and long-term business relationship with the
key accounts and big customers, in order to optimize Hikma sales with the
engagement of customers
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related field, preferably with a masters.
Minimum Experience:
3-5 years of professional experience in sales field, in the pharmaceutical Industry, including at least 1 years in a position with increasing managerial responsibilities
