Quality Engineer, Siemens Energy Ain Sokhna
Your Profile
Bachelor’s
Degree in Engineering or equivalent, preferably Mechanical, Manufacturing with
inspection and quality background is preferred
At least 3 years of successful experience in Quality role (or similar).
Experience with Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, or Centrifugal compressors is
preferred.
Intermediate computer skills required, to include Microsoft office products.
Knowledge of Machining, Welding and NDE is preferred
Ability to lead quality related initiatives in respective area
ISO 9001 experience / CWI certification is preferred
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong
networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.
Excellent command of English. Arabic is an advantage.
Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with
minimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse
tasks.
Your Responsibilities
Adheres with
the company’s Quality Management System to ensure compliance with applicable
regulatory requirements.
Equipment, Process, and Software verification and validation, including an
understanding of test tools and methods, test documentation, test management,
test traceability, defect management and tracking
Assist with Risk Management efforts
Provides statistical support to analyse processes and to recommend appropriate
process controls for ensuring product conformance to specification
Provide subject matter expertise for related NCRs and complaints
Dimensional and visual Inspection to Perform Quality reports
Perform and review NDT reports
