Business Planning & Analysis Manager
Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Work closely with CFO
and Commercial heads to provide strategic business partnering for consistent
growth and expansion of the business.
• Manage the P&L, budget, strategic planning and LF processes, be the finance
partner to responsible Commercial area.
• Provide accurate operational information and advice to support decision
making, e.g. financial reporting, budgets, forecasts. Provide recommendation to
Commercial heads based on the analysis.
• Provide dynamic resource allocation suggestion to support business growth.
• Take the lead in the monthly operational review with business stakeholders,
provide financial insight and KPI.
• Provide financial support and evaluation to ad-hoc projects.
• Provide financial support to other Countries within the cluster on project or
assignment basis
• External focus, thinking of the new ideas to embrace changes, streamline the
process through automation.
Minimum requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
• Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.
• 10 years of finance experiences with Country or Above-Country organizations in
a Multinational company (Pharmaceutical industry is a plus).
• MBA degree is a plus.
• Experience of business partnering role at senior level, good influential skill
when communicate with stakeholders.
• Professional certificate in ACCA or equivalent is a plus.
