Sales Section Manager - Fresh Grads 0 to 3 years of experience
YOURMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute business plans to
meet or exceed our financial objectives.
Develop collaborative partnerships with our customers.
Manage and improve our distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising.
Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts in a
positive way.
Bring to bear consumer insights and partner with customers to input into the
development of a joint business plan.
Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new
department and category insights.
You will also improve our selling advantage by driving different categories
growth and contributing to their strategies
Delivers NOS, shipment and share goals by executing the JBP plans in
store/customer level. Delivers superior Sales fundamentals to win with
shoppers/buying influencers at the FMOT and Executes Perfectly at
in-store/customer level.
Qualifications
Recently graduated from
any Bachelor´s Degree or maximum 3 years confirmed experience in sales roles.
Minimum education of BA or BS with good academic results.
Strong skills in leadership, and excellent in communication.
Excellent command of the English & Arabic language.
Travel to local customers at least 40% of time.
Must have a valid driver's license
