Area Sales Manager - Operated Network
Job Description
The scope of the role includes the following
Checks that all safety
tools and instructions are totally implemented in sites
Check sales targets achievements
Supervises procedures implementation.
Proceed with site inspection list in weekly visits
Provide data for the sites he/she responsible for
Checks Daily site’s daily reports
Handle customer’s complaints
Manage the staff trainings, meetings, hiring, etc.
Handle staff site managers and their assistant’s holidays after the approval of
his direct manager
Good awareness to the market and competitor’s news and additions
See to proper implementation of all activities available in sites Services,
Bonjour, Lubricants commercial programming: communication tools, highlighting
products, promotions, etc.
Coordinates training for the staff: coordinate and plan the monitoring of the
training programs and identification of the needs.
Always insure cash deposits accurately recorded on system
Monthly cash audit and stock control for fuel & lubes or when needed.
Candidate profile
Bachelor's degree with at
least 3 years of experience
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of
alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
Ability to make evaluative judgments.
Knowledge of cost analysis techniques.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning,
resource allocation, human resources modeling,
Able to identify risky situations within the context of one's activity and warns
the relevant services (HSEQ, Operations)
