Coordinator - Training
Key Result Responsibilities
General
Assists in coordinating, organizing and monitoring agreed training programs and
courses in line with business requirements and regulatory standards.
Manages the (LMS) process for new joiners and trainees; processes the on-line
registration, accounts and usernames allocation for assigned entities of Air
Arabia Group as per approved terms. Carries out necessary uploads, designs and
issues certificates of completion to eligible staff, ensures that the users
enrol and complete the modules required in due time.
Creates accounts with short-term validity as required in order to facilitate the
LMS trainings. Communicates necessary related template sheets to relevant
parties to obtain trainees data and results.
Designs, and develops modules for all assigned LMS training to be conducted;
coordinates with administrators in the respective departments for content,
material and objectives of the agreed courses.
Provides needed technical support and instructions to all users - new joiners,
trainees and managers on how to use the (LMS) and answers their queries; carries
out troubleshooting for technical problems and supports the team as needed.
Assists in organizing agreed training courses; coordinates all arrangements for
the courses including nominations, agenda, venue, material, communication,
attendance sheets, certificates, etc.
Follows up with Line Managers and trainees to record attendance and issue
certificates accordingly; applies changes to attendance lists and schedules as
per business needs.
Administers the LMS on daily basis; creates/deletes accounts as per SLA approved
terms, carries necessary upload on system, designs and issues certificates of
completion to eligible staff.
Prepares and follows up on online purchasing and service orders as required by
the department. Controls the inventory of the training material, tools and
office stationeries.
Coordinates with internal departments on all function-related matters such as
the Legal, HR, Finance (Invoices/Payments of Third Parties), IT (Smart Board
issues).
Organizes and records MOM for the division; circulates MOM to concerned parties
and follows up on actions to be taken.
Work Experience
Fresh Graduates
holding a Bachelor degree may be considered for this role irrespective of
experience if they meet the main required competencies and demonstrate
exceptional capabilities.
- 2+ years of experience in a training administrative or coordination role in
any industry, preferably with Airlines/Aviation multi-sized company operating on
regional level; experience with airlines is a plus.
- Has worked/ capable of working on designing training modules using LMS systems
and software packages.
- Capable of applying knowledge and new techniques within a workplace.
- Ability to produce, interpret, assimilate data and express ideas and concepts
clearly.
- Possesses very good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, self-initiative, takes ownership, and displays energy and
enthusiasm.
- Possesses excellent organizing and time management skills even in frequently
changing environments.
- Cost-oriented, possesses effective problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrates exceptional work habits, with high accuracy and attention to
details.
- Multi-task oriented, works hard and under pressure ensuring successful
results.
- Capable of using technical skills and interpersonal relations to support
company’s objectives.
- Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against
business strategy and set KPIs.
