"Spare Part Supervisor"
Responsibilities:
• Assist in forecasting goals and objectives for the parts sector.
• Improve the Spare part planning cycle.
• Improve the Spare part ordering cycle.
• Placing monthly stock order to supplier and tracking the order till arrived.
• Monitoring the stock levels to improve the stock inventory over aging rate.
• Contribute towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within
area of responsibility.
• Review spare part Pricing logic to maintain profitability.
• Follow up the spare parts received at warehouse, material received, packing
with minimal packing standers.
• Monthly WH inventory audit physical & system count.
• Releasing shipping doc including invoice, packing list, payments ,…… etc.
• Improve the delivery cost and delivery performance of spare part internal
inventory .
• Conduct ASP, ASC, SSD spare part audit .quarterly audit.
• Supervise the spare part allocation.
• Provide monthly inventory reports.
• responsible to manage the daily dispatched spare part requests to ASP & ASC.
• Reviewing the weekly consumption report.
• Improve the return material defect cycle.
• Make sure that all the reports send to SM on time and error free.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position for the Home Appliance
companies is a must.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Clear military status.
- Only Egyptians.
- Work location: New Cairo.
