Internal Communication:
Develop Internal Communication plan and strategy promoting our values and focus
on employees’ engagement in line with the company’s internal communication
strategy.
Responsible of all internal communication tools (WAT intranet, internal
newsletters, mails, and assets)
Responsible of planning, logistics and implementation of all internal events
(Local & Global) in line with One TotalEnergies strategy
Manage Team Buildings, staff gatherings and meetings
Support business to promote internal communication whenever is needed.
Head of TWICE Egypt local network, managing all related activities.
External Communication:
Manage The Egypt Energy Show
(delegates registrations, booth design and build-up, the 3-day show logistics
and plan)
Support the business during external events (ex. conventions) and manage the
corporate branding
Manage the press relations through the PR agency (Press releases, press
conferences, media monitoring & Crisis management)
Communication officer within the Crisis Management cell
HSEQ & Compliance
Regularly exposed to certain types of risks & to have a good knowledge of
appropriate behavior to be adopted when these risks occur.
Comply with HSE policies and 12 golden rules.
To Abide by and Promote the Group Anti-corruption, Antitrust Compliance and
Integrity Policies and Program, Promote the process of due diligences.
Promotes the entire ethical approach across TotalEnergies Marketing Egypt &
Promote the code of conduct values, Committed with the Group & local treatment
of human rights requirements
