Head of Regional Sales
How you’ll make an
impact?
Sales and Bid Management for Distributed GTs and Compressor performance
maintenance and performance increase services as well as long term service
agreements to utilities and oil companies and re- fineries Egypt and Sudan
Responsibility for an order entry volume, OE margin, B&B, B&B margin, GM & EBIT
and cash flow schedule
Understanding of customers' drivers and needs, strategy, offering/bidding,
negotiating and implementing service negotiations/contracts for the existing
fleet and secure new projects together with the sales team for the new unit
projects
Increase Siemens Energy's value proposition to maximize customer satisfaction
Analyzes the specific market conditions, expected business, customer’s business
situation & competitive environment and develops the strategy for growth and
builds a sound market related network of stakeholders
Prepares customer contacts, builds and maintains a customer focused network with
key decision makers, CEO’s and governmental authorities
Development of concepts, strategies, partnerships as well as offering/bidding
and negotiating projects for growth
Gain market share in strong competition environment in region
Lead and coordinate the sales/bid managers and ensure proper alignment and
communication to the RME service segment head and BU Management
Leadership for Client Managers in the country
Forecasting, planning and reporting of sales volumes and potentials of all
customers in responsible countries via Salesforce (SFDC)
Demonstrates a Siemens Energy-wide attitude, across sectors and functions, drive
cross-selling and cross-business line opportunities
What you bring?
More than 10 years Sales
related experience with a track record of successful performance (new orders),
preferably in service, power generation, oil and gas, distribution industry
business
Experience in at least one organizational set up e.g. Division or Country
Business is needed
Fluent English and Arabic
Communication & Presentation skills and Conflict Management. Knows how to build
up networks and actively listens
Has theoretical and practical expertise in interpersonal relations: effective
and professional communication, presentation and conflict management.
Understands and lives standards of good conduct (e.g. Compliance). Applies all
applicable rules, regulations and laws - in specific PM@Siemens and all
applicable Sales processes.
Should have at least 2 years experience through international exposure.
