HR Project Manager, NALCA (Location flexible - Egypt or Tunisia)
Key responsibilities in the role include:
Partnering with the Sub-Cluster CHROs and Business Execution Teams to help
prioritize and drive execution of key initiatives.
Working autonomously on key operational pillars including financials, budgets,
reporting & analytics, crisis management, operational resiliency.
Driving process simplification and continuous improvement throughout our
extended HR team.
Leading strategic data insights and analytics initiatives to drive
decision-making. Embed the use of data and insights to build organizational
capability, guide decisions and develop solutions.
Be able to successfully manage a large multi-faceted project or multiple
projects at the same time.
Owning project goals leveraging expertise to inspire a sense of shared purpose
within the project team.
Applying a proactive approach in routinely tracking the project participant
progress against project goals.
Proactively following escalation and change control processes.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of relevant experience
Education Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
Strong PPT and communication skills.
Articulate, attention to detail
Financially fluent and able to handle and engage stakeholders on budgets /
expenses and plan numbers.
Can demonstrate program management capabilities, and ability to drive complex
projects with multiple stakeholders to completion, working effectively in a
matrix organization.
