HR Business Partner
Your main accountabilities will be:
• Develop and
implement human resource management strategies and policies to meet business
needs
• Plan, administer, and review activities related to recruitment, training and
development, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, diversity, talent
management, and organization development
• Implement the organization's human resource strategy to attract, manage,
develop, and retain employees
• Lead and manage HR Partner roles and oversee all HR processes, including
responsibilities outside of HR, such as communication & sustainability
• Participate in organizational change projects and drive the implementation of
human resource
To be successful in this role:
• Bachelor’s
degree in Human resources or any relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in HR within a multinational organization
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the
organization
• Fluency in English is required
