Oil & Gas Key Accounts Manager
Accountabilities
• Improves the
profitability and competitive performance of the business through selling and
negotiating skills and using all sales opportunities.
• Plan, monitor and meet individual sales targets (e.g. volume, margin,
growth,)- Makes successful sales via systematic approach of selling through the
sales process phases
• Increases the value for existing Chevron customers through cross, range and up
selling.
• Does price negotiations with customers, preparing quotations and proposals and
agree on all operational. requirements (including price, contract, payment terms
and services).
• Forms clear negotiating strategies and understands the tradeoffs and cost to
Chevron while meeting customer’s needs.
• Develops new opportunities with prospective customers on your own and from
leads developed through others.
Customer Relationship Management
• Establishes,
develops, and manages ‘win-win’ customer relationships that deliver for both
Chevron and Customers volume and profitability objectives while increasing the
value of Chevron brands.
• Creates a deep understanding of the Customer, their needs and structure.
• Makes the best use of time through planning and prioritizing.
• Offers solutions to customers’ problems and handles conflict effectively.
• Manages interactions with other channels of distribution.
• Achieves competitive advantage through applying sound understanding of the
market and external environment in all business activities.
What we need from You
• Bachelor’s
degree in engineering preferably Mechanical, Petroleum, Petrochemical
Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience working with lubricant sales for oil & gas
sector, Power-Gen and/or Petrochemicals in Egypt.
•Managing large accounts through internal and external stakeholders with
business acumen approach of offering full package of product, knowledge, and
service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to build positive relationship with
customers.
• Strong results-oriented team member with excellent communications skills and a
strong desire to compete and win.
• Fluent English and Arabic language skills.
• Intermediate usage for Microsoft Suite including business email writing.
• Preferably experience in using salesforce and Power Bi.
• Egyptian Nationality.
• Holding a driver’s license.
