Business Development Team
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Team who will be
responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities
in the leasing and factoring sectors. The ideal candidates will have a proven
track record in business development, particularly within the financial services
industry, and will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify New Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential
clients requiring leasing and factoring services. Utilize personal networks,
outreach strategies, and industry events to generate leads.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
prospective clients through proactive communication and follow-ups. Act as the
primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
Proposal Development: Prepare, present, and negotiate financing proposals
tailored to client needs. Collaborate with teams to ensure proposals meet both
client expectations and company standards.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, tracking
progress through CRM systems. Regularly report on sales activities, forecasts,
and performance metrics.
Collaboration Across Departments: Work closely with departments to ensure
seamless service delivery to clients.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure all business development activities comply with
relevant laws and regulations related to leasing and factoring.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; or
equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the leasing or
factoring industry.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and credit analysis.
- Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment.
