Area Sales Manager (Personal Finance / Cards)

Key Accountabilities:

Business Management:
Deliver against monthly and annual assigned targets.
Creating new sales channels and generating new leads for self and team by networking with prospective customers.
Research new business development opportunities from the market and non-clients for bulk retail business.
Consolidating and cascading product management information and strategies tosales teams
Consolidate and report products sales portfolio and the Team’s performance to line manager.
Distributing product targets on teams – values and volumes.
Conduct regular performance reviews for Products with key stakeholders and executers.
Gather and analyse Product feedback to support functions for suggested improvements
Make Recommendations regarding implementation of new products and services to meet changing market needs.
Implementing and maintaining effective sales processes & objectives.
Leadership
Build and develop a high performing team through embedding performance development and coaching. Ensure that team members receive coaching and feedback in order to develop and achieve their maximum potential.
Lead, be a role model, do things whole heartedly, communicate with passion and embrace change as a way of working.
Manage staff attendances levels and ensuring that ADIB procedures are followed.
Manage and motivate the sales staff.
Team Working
Work with the retail sales team to deliver exceptional business performance.
Provide cover for other unit managers and team members when required.
Provide honest, direct and constructive feedback to others.
Share knowledge experience and best practice with team members and other area managers within the country.
Work cross functionally with key service providers to ensure seamless service to our customers.
And any other assigned tasks.



Qualifications:
University/College Degree
Minimum Experience:
4+ years preferably in the financial services industry; or other strong-sales culture industry.
