Service Spare Parts Planner
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement
inventory control strategies, including setting reorder points, lead times, and
safety stock levels.
-Manage the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating
prices, and placing orders.
-Oversee the receiving, inspection, and storage of spare parts.
-Participate in cross-functional teams to address supply chain and service
delivery challenges.
-Stay abreast of industry best practices and new technologies in spare parts
management.
-Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels and usage.
-Prepare presentations and reports for management on spare parts performance and
key metrics.
-Forecast for the service center on a weekly basis based on demand.
-Forecast New Product Introduction (NPI) service parts for new local model
launches.
-Communicate with the local factory to follow up on shipping schedules.
-Analyze the ordering process for bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
-Perform data analysis for parts operations and monitor KPIs.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in
Engineering or a related field (English section preferred).
-Minimum of 3–7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (Demand
Planning).
-Very good command of English.
-Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
-Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.
-Clear military status.
