Al Baraka Bank Egypt is seeking an experienced and dynamic Internal Communication & CSR Manager to join our growing team, managing all CSR scope that entail partnerships with reputable NGOs, effective execution of projects and reaching those in need according to our Sharia’s guidelines.

Location: Cairo, Egypt
Sector: Marketing & Corporate Communications

Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and manage high quality, innovative, creative, and best practice internal and external communication channels.
•Promote the bank’s position in the market as a leading CSR entity through projects that aim to give back to the community and help the underprivileged people in Egypt
•Manage CSR annual budget across all activities
•Identify proper and suitable charity causes and organizations that are Sharia’a compliant based on an agreed criterion
Implement top management CSR decisions by Drafting, validating, and revising CSR projects contracts and managing all related finances
•Communicating through several channels create different channels platforms such as email bulletins and quarterly newsletters.
•Manage Electronic Communication including e-mail communications and Mass Email announcements.
•Support in writing and reviewing content and relevant material for all communication external channels.
•Reviewing relevant communication materials broadcasted on all channel’s platforms.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate communications
Very good command in English
