Location: Head Office – New Cairo
Corporate Review Specialist – Credit & Risk
Responsibilities:
· Assess and review credit proposals and their
routine renewals including recommending proposed limits.
· Analysis of corporate & financial data and relevant information for the
purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project financial
viability.
· Use logical and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of
recommendations, conclusions or approaches to different financing structures.
· Research and present accurate data and data analysis on target deals,
companies, industries, and markets.
· Ensure monitoring & conducting regular review on corporate portfolio at least
annually and quarterly on the weaker credits.
· Make sure that credit applications are prepared in accordance with credit
policy and that effective risk management practices are followed. Along with
comment on credit applications that are objective, clear, concise and add value
to the final decision.
· Assess and grade risk on corporate clients by using risk rating classes.
· Contribute with the implementation of credit policies & procedures,
guidelines, designing and implementing process and systems for management of
risk at local levels.
· Enhance credit structure in order to mitigate perceived risks.
· Measure quarterly the expected losses in consistent with existing corporate
portfolio to contribute to the provisioning process (projected & current).
· Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the corporate analysts
and relationship managers.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree (Economics, Business
Administration, Accounting, Finance or any related field).
· Credit Course is essential.
· 1 to 3 years of banking experience.
· High communication skills.
· High analytical skills.
· Ability to work under stress and meet tight deadlines.
