SMEs Relationship Manager
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a SMEs Relationship Manager located in
Cairo, Egypt. The role involves managing relationships with small and
medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients, understanding their financial needs, and
providing tailored banking solutions to support their growth.
Qualifications
Strong relationship-building, communication, and customer service skills
Proficiency in credit analysis, financial statement evaluation, and risk
assessment
Experience in business development and client acquisition
Knowledge of SME banking products and financial services
Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and banking software
Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desired
Relevant certifications or prior experience in a similar role are advantageous
