HD leasing seeking for Head of Credit Control and Operations
Key Responsibilities
-Lead, mentor, and enhance the Credit Control and Operations team efficiency.
-Conduct meticulous revision of all contract types (lease, amendment,
settlement) to ensure strict adherence to credit terms.
-Ensure timely registration and full compliance with FRA and ECR regulations.
-Act as the central coordinator for seamless workflow between Operations, Credit
Control, and all internal/external stakeholders.
-Manage custody of all contract securities, cheques, and ensure adequate
insurance coverage for leased assets.
-Supervise all daily operational tasks and manage a robust reporting system for
monitoring key risks and client credit limits.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- +15 years of progressive experience in Credit Control or Operations within the
NBFS/Leasing sector.
-Proven expertise in FRA and ECR registration processes.
-Strong managerial and leadership track record.
