1. Job Title: Junior AML/Sanctions Officer :
Key Responsibilities:
· Support day-to-day AML/CFT and sanctions screening activities across customer onboarding and transaction monitoring.
· Assist in reviewing and clearing alerts generated by name screening, payment screening, and transaction monitoring systems.
· Support preparation of Suspicious Activity/Transaction Reports (SAR/STR) under senior officer supervision.
· Assist in Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews for corporate and higher-risk accounts.
· Support periodic AML system quality checks and documentation of findings.
· Assist in maintaining and updating internal AML/sanctions compliance registers and reports.
2. Job title: Junior Governance Officer:
Key Responsibilities:
. Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating governance policies and procedures.
. Assist in preparing and maintaining RACI matrices and updating the Compliance Operations Manual.
. Support the coordination and delivery of compliance and governance awareness and training programs.
. Monitor the implementation of recommendations and corrective actions issued by regulatory and governance committees.
. Assist in preparing periodic governance reports for Senior Management
Requirements :
• Bachelor degree in Accounting , Business Administration ,Finance or Faculty of Law (Minimum accepted graduation grade is Good – graduation grade Pass is Not accepted )
• 0–2 years of experience in banking sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent command of English language.
